1. Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions purchased on the web are offered directly through the MoroAI website. The prices and billing periods that apply are those displayed at the time of purchase.

Some offers may include a free trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription is charged automatically according to the selected plan unless it is cancelled beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal, but does not interrupt Premium access that has already been paid for during the current period.

2. Free trial and paid plans

The 3-day free trial is reserved for eligible accounts on the weekly plan. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

After the paid period begins, the subscription follows the billing and refund rules described below. The annual plan is charged at the start of the period and does not include a free trial.

3. Immediate access and refunds

MoroAI provides a digital service that relies in part on artificial intelligence technologies. From the beginning of use, the service incurs real technical costs, including request processing, AI models, audio generation, infrastructure, and servers.

Once a paid period has started and Premium access has been made available, payments for that period are generally not refundable. You may still cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. This policy is subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

4. Right of withdrawal

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase, consumers may have a right of withdrawal. MoroAI provides Premium access immediately after purchase or at the start of the paid period at the user’s request.

Immediate delivery and use of the digital service may affect how that right can be exercised under the applicable rules. Mandatory rights provided by law remain unaffected.

5. Subscriptions purchased in an app

These terms primarily concern subscriptions purchased directly on the web. For a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, cancellation, and any refund requests may be subject to the rules of the relevant store.
